The synergistic achievement of low-cost earth-abundant electrocatalysts and high efficiency to meet renewable energy need is highly desirable yet challenging. Here, we developed a simple Ni foam self -templating route for V-doped Ni3S2 nanosheet arrays through in situ formation of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) combined with subsequent conversion. The as-prepared MOF-V-Ni3S2/NF catalyst delivers outstanding electrocatalytic performance in the alkaline solution, which requires low overpotentials of 118.1 mV @10 mA cm?2 and 268 mV @10 mA cm?2 for hydrogen evolution reaction and oxygen evolution reaction, respectively. The V-doping and MOF-derived 3D hieratical nanostructure play a vital role in the catalytic process, which provides efficient active sites and large surface areas. Furthermore, an alkaline electrolyzer was assembled with two pieces of MOF-V-Ni3S2/NF, which achieves efficient water splitting at 1.58 V @10 mA cm?2. This strategy opens up new channels to synthesize MOF-based bifunctional electrocatalysts toward overall water spitting.  相似文献

The increased concentration of CO2 due to continuous breathing and no discharge of human beings in the manned closed space, like spacecraft and submarines, can be a threat to health and safety. Effective removal of low concentration CO2 from the manned closed space is essential to meet the requirements of long-term space or deep-sea exploration, which is an international frontier and trend. Ionic liquids (ILs), as a widespread and green solvent, already showed its excellent performance on CO2 capture and absorption, indicating its potential application in low concentration CO2 capture. In this review, we first summarized the current methods and strategies for direct capture from low concentration CO2 in both the atmosphere and manned closed spaces. Then, the multi-scale simulation methods of CO2 capture by ionic liquids are described in detail, including screening ionic liquids by COSMO-RS methods, capture mechanism by density functional theory and molecular dynamics simulation, and absorption process by computational fluid dynamics simulation. Lastly, some typical IL-based green technologies for low concentration CO2 capture, such as functionalized ILs, co-solvent systems with ILs, and supported materials based on ILs, are introduced, and analyzed the subtle possibility in manned closed spaces. Finally, we look forward to the technology and development of low concentration CO2 capture, which can meet the needs of human survival in closed space and proposed that supported materials with ionic liquids have great advantages and infinite possibilities in the vital area.  相似文献

摘要:基于热酸洗腐蚀原理与图像光学理论,提出运用金属低倍组织灰度分析技术(灰度分析法)获取中高碳钢铸坯的低倍组织中不同位置不同区域不同尺度的一维、二维C元素含量分布。偏析严重的位置得到的C元素含量高,初始凝固的晶粒中心位置得到的C元素含量低,说明通过灰度分析法计算的C元素含量分布能与低倍组织形貌很好地对应。同时,通过电子探针与灰度分析法的测量结果对比,发现二者C元素含量的变化趋势具有很好的一致性,这验证了灰度分析法的有效性。另外,低倍组织图像整体亮度的改变不会造成由灰度分析法所测量的C元素含量发生明显改变,则表明灰度分析法对测量环境的变化具有一定的抗干扰能力,也间接说明了其可靠性。  相似文献

通过对干熄焦锅炉炉管及腐蚀产物开展系统研究,提出炉管失效原因为氧化/硫腐蚀+高温粉尘冲刷。长寿命炉管仅耐磨层发生了较为严重的氧化及硫腐蚀,而近基体层发生了轻微氧化及硫腐蚀,基体只发生了轻微氧化;短寿命炉管耐磨层、近基体层以及基体裂纹内均发生了较为严重的氧化及硫腐蚀,且存在珠光体球化、内表面产生全脱碳层等缺陷。推测短寿命炉管存在超温现象,而超温可加剧氧化及硫腐蚀反应。此外,短寿命炉管遭受了较为严重的高温粉尘冲刷,不仅可造成炉管减薄,还会导致炉管表面温度升高。因此,减少循环气体中粉尘量尤其是大颗粒,可有效减弱冲刷以及控制炉管表面温度,是提高炉管使用寿命的关键。  相似文献

A reduction process in the head-end for pyroprocessing has been adopted to avoid oxidation attack on the molybdenum crucible during sintering. The reduction process is employed to reduce U3O8 pellets to UO2 prior to sintering. This allows elimination of the oxygen source, which causes oxidation attack during sintering, thereby permitting the use of a metallic crucible. However, little densification occurs due to the low reduction temperature limited by the INCONEL crucible. Consequently, the amount of material scraps from the pellets increases, thus creating an additional processing burden due to its high radioactivity. To reduce the amount of scraps, densification should be enhanced. This study suggests a simple atmospheric control strategy and clarifies its effects. With the atmospheric control, a higher bulk density and better attrition resistance were obtained in comparison to without this strategy. This can be explained in terms of O/U ratio dependent diffusion kinetics during the reduction of U3O8 to UO2.  相似文献

The construction of nonlinear optical materials featuring asymmetric transmission of light is of great technological importance for various applications, including optical switching and optical power limiting. A significant challenge is the scalable fabrication of material candidates with good photochemical stability, high optical transmittance, and excellent optical limiting performance. Here, we present a nanocrystallization avenue for constructing hybrid optical limiting materials that exhibit ultrafast and robust optical limiting performance. The experimental results show that the controllable relaxation of a niobate glass may lead to the clustering of Nb-O units and contracting of the bandgap. It results in the notable improvement in nonlinear optical properties, including the enhanced saturation irradiance (380 GW/cm2), doubly increased nonlinear coefficient, and decreased limiting threshold (200 GW/cm2). Our results suggest a promising material that exhibits promising applications for protecting eyes and sensitive components from laser-induced damage.  相似文献

Functional materials exhibiting magnetic and luminescent properties have been recognized as an emerging class of materials with great potential in advanced applications. Herein, properties of multifunctional ceramic composites consisting of two garnets, luminescent cerium-doped Y3Al5O12 (Ce:YAG) and magnetic Y3Fe5O12 (YIG), are reported. On increasing the sintering temperature, both the photoluminescence and saturation magnetization of the Ce:YAG-YIG composites decreased gradually because of the interdiffusion of trivalent ions such as Al3+ and Fe3+. At a constant sintering temperature of 1100?°C, the YIG contents in the composites increased, thereby causing their luminescent properties to degrade and the saturation magnetizations to increase. For application to electronics, Ce:YAG-YIG composite thin films were integrated on quartz substrates by sputtering the ceramic target. The composite thin films exhibited both magnetic and luminescent properties after annealing. These techniques facilitate the incorporation of multifunctional nanocomposites into various devices.  相似文献

Porous polyimide (PI) films with low dielectric constants and excellent thermal properties have been a pressing demand for the next generation of high-performance, miniature, and ultrathin microelectronic devices. A series of novel porous PI films containing fluorenyl-adamantane groups were prepared successfully via thermolysis of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) added in the PI matrix. The cross-sectional morphologies of porous PI films showed closed pores with diameters ranging from 135 to 158 nm, which were uniform and regular in shape without interconnectivity. These porous PI films exhibited excellent thermal properties with a glass-transition temperature at 376 °C whereas the 5% weight loss temperature in air excess of 405 °C due to enhanced rigidity afforded by fluorenyl-adamantane groups. Accompanied by thermolysis content of PEG increasing from 0 to 20 wt %, the density of porous PI films decreased, and the corresponding porosity grew significantly from 0 to 11.48%. Depending on porosity, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of porous PI films significantly declined from 2.89 to 2.37 and from 0.050 to 0.021, respectively. These excellent properties benefit the as-prepared porous PI films for application as interlayer dielectrics, integrated circuit chips, or multichip modules in microelectronic fields. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
